It is designed based on ATF letters on what constitutes an NFA item. The letter indicates that a suppressor is an NFA item if it is ATTACHED and PORTABLE. This item is neither attached nor portable in the intended format. It is attached to a 5 gallon bucket bullet trap that weighs over 50 lb. It cannot attach to a firearm. It is rated for 9mm and 22lr supersonic and subsonic.
