The Systema Kuznetsov (affectionately termed "Kuzy" by beta testers) was derived directly from the SYSTEMA TUMANSKY. However, the outside is where the similarities end. The "Kuzy" is a fully flow-through design, so it's louder overall, but it can tank abuse from not only 556, 762x39, but full size 308/762x51 rifle ammo.
